AI Receptionist for Small Businesses

Give business inquiries a clear next step, even when your team is busy.

Who it is for

Owner-led service businesses, real estate teams and appointment businesses that want a consistent way to handle routine inquiries.

The problem we work on

A caller may need a basic service answer, a callback or an appointment. When the same person handles every question, it is easy for the next step to get lost. We map the conversation before connecting the tools.

How the project works

  1. 01

    Define the conversation

Approve your services, FAQs, qualification questions, operating hours and escalation rules.

  2. 02

    Connect the next action

Review your phone provider, calendar, CRM and notification requirements. A web voice demo and a live business phone number are separate configurations.

  3. 03

    Test and hand over

Test questions, missing information, unavailable times and requests for a person. Record the supported actions before activation.

What we scope

  • Approved business information and qualification questions
  • Business inquiry capture and CRM routing
  • Appointment requests through a compatible calendar
  • Human handoff and conversation review

Pricing & next step

The published voice receptionist pilot is $249 for one inbound call flow. Phone/provider setup, AI usage and other third-party charges are separate. A full voice deployment is quoted after the integration review.

Pilot timing, deliverables, provider access and acceptance checks are confirmed in writing. The seven days begin after configuration and testing. No automatic renewal.

Questions before you start

Can Nova answer my existing business number?

We review the number, carrier and routing options first. Forwarding or a dedicated provider connection may be required; the website demonstration does not connect your number automatically.

Does it confirm appointments?

Only a successful calendar-tool response establishes a confirmed booking. When a connection is unavailable, the workflow must collect an appointment request or offer a human handoff.

Can it answer every question?

The assistant uses approved business information and supported actions. Questions outside that scope are escalated. It is identified as AI.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Visit the Nova web voice demonstration. Your own business knowledge, phone routing and integrations are configured and tested separately.
